Amazing personalized service. The only pharmacy that I will use. They know clients by name. First pharmacy that I have used that calls to let me know when my EpiPen has expired, and would I like them to fax my GP to renew. Sean and Nathan at the Grandview location provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

Lovely little pharmacy where everyone knows everyone. I worked here for a year or so and I miss the homey feel of a pharmacy that knows your name, you can't get that from a Shoppers. They're also really quick and are quick to help in an emergency or if you can't make it before close they'll work with you
