I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of a manager named Lisa during my recent visits. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but Lisa has been consistently rude not only to me, but also to other customers and employees in front of everyone. She speaks in a condescending tone, rolls her eyes, and acts as if any question or request is an inconvenience. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed her snap at employees, correct them harshly in front of customers, and generally create a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. Her attitude makes the entire environment feel tense and unwelcoming, which is unfortunate because many of the other staff members seem polite and hardworking. It’s disappointing to see someone in a leadership position treat others this way, and I feel that her behavior reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed promptly, because I’m not the only customer who has noticed it and honestly, it’s made me think twice about returning.

SOOO BAD. Oh my goodness, words cannot even describe how bad my experience at this store was. I was greeted with nothing but disrespect by Lisa im pretty sure her name is and she is so rude. I also heard her yelling at one of the employees?? Do better.

My experience here wasn’t the greatest what so ever. The staff here have no respect at all. As I was shopping, I felt terrible as I heard the manager yelling at one of the employees who seemed like a high school student. It’s crazy to see that someone at such a high level treats employees in a disgusting manner.

Absolutely terrible experience. The management here is beyond unprofessional—especially Lisa, who I overheard speaking to both staff and customers with an outrageous amount of attitude. Completely disrespectful and rude. It’s shocking that someone with such a nasty attitude is allowed to represent this place. Wouldn’t recommend working here or giving them your business.
