Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the regret and avoid The Elegance at all costs. I was charged a whopping Rs. 7,000 for what turned out to be a half-assed, disappointing, and borderline insulting “gift” order. Let me break down just how ridiculous this scam was: • Rs. 2,000 for the flowers? Are you joking? What I received looked like they fished it out from a bin behind a wedding hall. Wilted, browning, crushed petals, not even close to fresh. An absolute embarrassment to gift anyone. • The “birthday card” looked like someone printed a stock image from Pinterest and glued it onto cheap paper. The edges were literally torn. Yes, torn. That was part of the “presentation.” If this is what you call premium, then even roadside vendors do a better job. • The delivery? Paid Rs. 1,000 for “same-day delivery” and guess what? It arrived FIVE days late. Not one, not two, FIVE. The birthday passed. The whole surprise was ruined. And not even a proper apology, let alone a refund. • And finally, the lamp. Scratched. Dirty. Cheap material. The engraved name looks like it was carved with a rusted needle. It had the audacity to pretend to be a “personalized keepsake,” but it looked more like a rejected piece from a flea market. I’ve never felt this scammed in my life. This wasn’t just disappointing, it was infuriating. The level of unprofessionalism and carelessness is beyond me. The worst part? They market themselves as some classy, premium gifting service. Lmao. Nothing but overpriced trash and zero accountability. Do NOT waste your money on this scam of a website. Spend your Rs. 7,000 literally anywhere else, even lighting it on fire would bring more satisfaction than ordering from The Elegance

Order at your own risk — Elegance Gifting Store may look pretty online, but the customer experience is anything but elegant. • No order confirmation (Chase yourself) • Promised 2–3-day delivery — but deliver in whenever they feel like • Every follow-up met with robotic responses — no ownership, no urgency. • WhatsApp & calls? Mostly ignored. • After multiple mis commitments, they deliver cheap look alike of what is being displayed at site They don’t value moments or deadlines — a gifting store that defeats the point of gifting. Save yourself the stress.

They took advance payments for same day delivery that is 1000rp dc ,i didnt get the parcel the same day but next day after 10pm when birthday was over cake was cut and this gift was of no use. Though i got no card in the box and different article than shown on website. Disappointed by their service nobody is available on customer service..poor customers handling and dealing no one update me on the faulty product and absence of card that is already been charged.. if you dont want to ruin your special day never order from them.. they dont even deserve 1 star.

This is actually probably the best place to get a gift for someone you hate. I paid in advance and they didn't pick calls on the day they were supposed to have the products ready. 2 days later they sent a reply we've shipped your goods which was a lie. Best part was they didn't have my address as it was a pick up order. Finally when I left reviews around they said come pick the order very rudely and when i got the goods. The lamps stand was broken. The scrap book had half the stuff pasted upside down. I attached some pictures but can't attach more because they are personal photos. Highly recommended for gifts for yours exes and enemies. Though plan for a few days of non stop follow up to get the order.
