I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who was disappointed by this dental office. She came back from her vacation early for her scheduled dental cleaning just to be denied by a scheduling issue on their end! She was given a card by the staff at her last appointment that said her appointment this day was at 11:10 am, she arrived promptly at 11:11 and was denied her service. The staff member working said that she was actually 10 minutes late even though she had proof of their error. Furthermore she had previously went to this dentist and waited more than 15 minutes past her scheduled time because they were running behind but when there was a miscommunication that was their fault she was rudely dismissed.

The staff here is incredible. From Amanda at the front desk to Deb, Nicki, Pam, and all of the doctors, our experience here is always positive from start to finish!

I highly recommend Gurtner Dental for the whole family. They have been taking care of my dental needs along with my two kids for over 10 years and now even my husband goes to them. The Gurtner team is fabulous. They always make you feel comfortable, welcome, and that your dental health matters to them. I would particularly recommend them for those of you with kids on the spectrum. My son is autistic and he loves going to see the dentist. They never criticize him about his oral hygiene and take an interest in him as a person. He actually tries harder at home to take care of his teeth to make the Gurtner team proud of him. But he also knows that they will welcome him in even if he falls short of his improvement goal. He is not afraid to return for his visits and that is important.

Dr. Maggie Gurtner and her team are just the best. She is compassionate and straightforward with her approach to patient care. My 15 year old special needs son has been seen in this office since age 3. The office staff is kind and interact with him on a personal level. He enjoys coming to this practice!
