When booking our honeymoon, Pat was such a blessing to have as a travel agent. His vast travel knowledge, brainstorming/research skills and consideration of your budget really made for the most successful experience. The pandemic has not been easy with the continuous changes in travel restrictions, but Pat was always updating us with the latest news. His ability to keep us calm and informed really made the booking as well as the traveling experience that much more pleasant. Lastly, traveling home to the U.S., I unfortunately had some luggage issues that needed claim paperwork done. I contacted Pat and he immediately responded and took care of the entire claim process! My wife and I celebrated our early retirement and 40th wedding anniversary with a trip to Europe. My ancestors are from Germany, hers from Poland. Pat convinced us to visit these countries with Globus Journeys. We toured for two weeks with 22 "new" friends from USA, Canada & Australia. The tour highlighted WWII events and locations. We ended that tour in Munich where we started our Danube river cruise to Budapest. Pat took care of all the travel details, logistics & travel insurance. All we had to do was get to Dulles and back !!! In 30 days we travel to Alaska with our two adult kids on another Pat suggested itinerary. I'd recommend him to other travelers.
