We had been ghosted by multiple contractors after the derecho. When we found Haan Services, they were so helpful and responsive! After waiting nearly 6 months for previous contractors that had terrible communication, Haan had a quote for us within 24 hours, and started the project only a couple of days after our first communication. They had a lot of things working against them, such as thunderstorms, delay from the store on materials, and our asbestos siding and they handled all of this with professionalism and grace. The price was phenomenal and the quality was fantastic. The finished project exceeded all of our expectations, and we were so grateful for their quick work and great customer service. We had tons of questions and they were very patient with us. The cherry on top was that they came out after hours for the finishing touches so that we wouldn’t have to take off work, and even played with our toddler who was getting in their way. It made our son’s day to “help” hammer and talk with the workers. We will definitely be using them again for future projects and recommending them to everyone we know!

We hired Haan Services to take down a tree in our back yard. Elisha was very good at staying in contact with us as to when he could take a look at it and get us a quote. Once we got our estimate, he was out the next day to remove the tree. Considering that we had storms the previous day and our back yard was very muddy, it looked great, and we will definitely contact Haan Services in the future.
