Ordered a foot pack kit for roof bars. Went to collect. Came as two separate boxes. Both boxes had clearly been opened before so I checked the contents. Glad I did, a key part of one of them was missing. Other one the parts had clearly been used as they had minor scratches on them. Clearly both boxes were returns. Why were they not checked before they tried to palm them off on me. Very disappointed. Would have rated 0 stars but that’s not possible.

The Bracknell branch has regularly disappointed for sundry reasons, but it's saving grace has always been the gentleman running the checkout. However, today my wiper replacement service was carried out by a young lad who knows what he's doing also. Between them I was dealt with amiably, efficiently and expediently. Bravo, thank you. I feel comfortable about maintaining business with Halfords because of their conduct.
