Had my car battery replaced at Halfords and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team were very informative, patient, and explained everything clearly. My battery kept dying and they quickly identified the issue and sorted it professionally. As a woman, I often feel unsure when dealing with car problems, but the staff made me feel completely confident, respected, and well looked after. Really happy with the whole experience.
