Our son n law arranged our visit at The Allison for our 49th anniversary after he & our daughter had stayed there for theirs. I asked the staff to make arrangements for flowers for my wife , which they gladly did. Upon our arrival the young man at the front desk was extremely friendly, pleasant & professional. The flowers were in the room along with a bottle of wine & greeting message for us. This was very much appreciated. We both went to the spa for different treatments & we were both very happy with our experience in the spa & with the staff. Very friendly & professional. Your attendants at the front door were the same. We had dinner in the restaurant , the server was also very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. The meal was delicious. The only thing I think can be improved upon is expanding the limited dessert menu.|All in all your facilities, accommodation & staff & service are world class. I will definitely refer friends and family to The Allison ! Thank you for all your hospitality.

Spent 4 nights at the Allison. Oregon's wine country isn't quite Napa Valley yet, and so are the hotels and restaurants. So if you're keeping that in mind (and not raising expectations too much) - then you're in for a treat. The Allison was pleasant. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the fireplace was great. The staff was super friendly (which has been our experience throughout the entire state of Oregon, save for the rude Alaska Airlines check-in crew). I wish the spa didn't close so early (17:00) such that we could have booked treatments after returning to the hotel from hiking or visiting wineries. Food for thought for management.

Fabulous! First the communication with andy the concierge was first class. Arrival, the staff greeted us , nice young man just 2 weeks there doing great . Got a cheeseburger to share while we waited for our room to get ready . Best burger!!! She was so nice ! Room was incredible! Bed, sheets , everything!!! Food so awesome, we loved sitting at the chef bar to watch them cook , a gentleman from Peru was like an artist getting food ready , Matthew the head guy was absolutely awesome too. The bartenders were nice too . Cucumber martini! Haha workout room and pool so awesome. The walk outside around the trail was also beautiful! We had a great waiter in Jory wish I could remember his name gave us cupcakes for dessert for our anniversary/ birthday! In our room when we checked in they gave us snacks and a bottle of wine for our celebrations . Highly recommend this resort! Absolutely amazing. If I can say one weakness was we didnt get to try the fish and chips;) because they close the lunch kitchen down to get ready for dinner! So we had to have the incredible burgers again- rough! Haha Everyone should go to this resort ❤️

Amazing property! We absolutely loved our stay. The attention to detail, from gorgeous and comfortable design choices to exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, all did not go unnoticed. Food, wine cocktails - all first rate. Location is beautiful, peaceful - perfect for exploring wine country, driving over to the coast, and driving over to Mount Hood. We will be back.
