I called in for rear brakes replacement and Ibrahim provided excellent service start to finish. He gave me a time to come in, and gave me a quote over the phone. I arrived on time, they took the car right away, I went home, got a call within the hour that it was done. Ibrahim explained everything really well and was very upfront and honest. Charged a very reasonable price and was true to his word on the quote. It's hard to find honest trustworthy mechanics. Anyone in Milton should definitely give them a try!

I’d had enough of taking my car to the dealer and dealing with the usual shenanigans—overpriced repairs, mystery fees, and endless upselling. I was referred to Khalifa Motors by a friend who spoke very highly of Karim. Karim is the real deal— he’s honest, upfront, and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. No nonsense, no games—just clear explanations, fair pricing, and solid work. Exactly how I like to do business. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my car runs great. “Honest mechanic” might sound like an oxymoron, but Karim proves it doesn’t have to be. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service at a great price!

I have bad luck with mechanics. Most of them are not honest people and try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, this is very clearly not the experience you will get at Khalifa Motors. First of all, service is amazing, the brother Asif is very hospitable and confirmed with me which tires I needed installed before doing it. Mechanics in the back were very kind and did a great job, didn't leave my car dirty and throw the old tires in randomly, but put it in properly. During my visit, I witnessed one of the owners refuse to accept payment from a customer after diagnosing and charging his car battery, because there was no issue with it. Normal mechanics would have charged a fee, but that was not done here! For the service I experienced, I would expect to pay premium prices, but the prices at Khalifa are affordable, and not outrageous. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience and would recommend to anyone!

I came in to get my engine oil changed, but one of their workers noticed my passenger side flare fender was hanging out. Without me even asking, he took the time to fix it on the spot—drilled it back properly and didn’t charge me a single penny. That’s the kind of genuine, thoughtful customer service that really stands out. I drive a 2009 Subaru Impreza and I’m definitely coming back here again. Highly recommend!
