We really did have a 5-star experience at Juno! The front desk staff was so friendly - I was even offered a coffee while waiting for my appointment. The entire clinic was spotless and welcoming. My pup was very anxious and usually hates the vet, but the team was incredibly patient with her, giving her time and lots of treats to warm up. We even did the whole appointment sitting on the floor to help her feel more comfortable, and by the end, she was eating all the treats and felt a bit more relaxed. I really appreciated the transparent, upfront pricing. They made thoughtful suggestions about what might help but weren’t pushy at all when I declined certain tests or prescriptions. Everything they recommended was clearly explained, including why it was needed. After we left, I had a few follow-up questions and emailed them — they called me back the same day to make sure everything was answered and encouraged me to reach out anytime if anything else came up. Overall, the pricing was very reasonable, and I left feeling completely confident that my pup received the best possible care. Thank you, Juno team!
I brought my ragdoll kitten Maisie to be seen here yesterday and was very impressed! What a beautiful clinic and lovely people working there. They came in, sat on the floor to make my Maisie more comfortable. And went through all the options with pricing on a screen - with zero pressure to spend. With previous vets I’ve always felt uncomfortable and anxious not knowing what the final amount was going to be. But not here, they thoughtfully went through all the options which was amazing! They also have a detailed description of what was talked about and etc on their easy to use app after the visit. I have never received anything remotely like this from previous vets. I left feeling excited and comforted - knowing we now have a vet we can trust. ❤️
We love Juno Burlington! I have had an amazing experience here with my new kitten. Dr. Rebecca and RVT Ash have been so gentle and caring towards him, he didn’t even notice his vaccine poke or his blood draw! The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly, and I love how easy it is to book an appointment or see my pet’s medical history on the app. It is so important to trust your pet’s medical team, and I really trust the staff here to take the best care of my babies.
