My stay at the Loews Kansas City Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and friendly. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds, floor to ceiling windows offering great city views, and high end amenities that make the stay feel special. Overall, Loews Kansas City combines upscale comfort with genuine Midwestern hospitality. It’s easily one of the best hotels in the city, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

My stay at Loews Kansas City was a truly 5 star stay and did not disappoint one bit! The staff: The staff at Loews Kansas City were incredibly nice and welcoming when checking in and checking out. On top of that, they were understanding and empathetic when approached with any problems. For a midwest city, their staff is near world class in attitude and appearance. The room: Our room (a premier 2 queen) was clean, comfortable, and quiet. This room was perfect for sleeping and relaxing in. The only downside was the shower head, which I expect a bit better from a nice hotel like Loews. But everything else was beautifully laid out. The housekeeping staff even went as far to neatly fold a blanket my girlfriend brought with her on our trip! Great work housekeeping staff! The Parking: This was the only downside. I paid to self park, however there were 2 nights out of 4 where the lot was completely full forcing me to valet my larger SUV. However, the staff was very nice when I told them about this and they comp'd me free valet for those nights. This is by far the best hotel in KC in my experience so far. Will be staying here again when I come back.

Francis Forte

We were between a few options and we are happy with our choice. It’s very nice, clean, and seems newer. It’s right in the middle of the downtown city centre and easy to access highways. The only downside (and this is usually par for the course with nice hotels in the city) is the daily cost for parking. You can valet for like $45 or do the self parking for a little less- it is very close- we were just lazy and did the valet. I normally wouldn’t care, but they have a deal or promotion that includes parking, but it was just outside of that window, or we booked with our CC portal for points- I can’t remember which. Otherwise, our room was on the top floor, we got the premier king, it was more than enough size for the two of us, no need to upgrade. Everything was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, they are clearly managed well. We came in for the Eagles and Chiefs game, the players and NFL Fox team were staying here, so it’s definitely a nice hotel. It was really busy because of that. It’s big, but the service doesn’t suffer. There are multiple coffee shops nearby- local and Starbucks. It was worth the price tag.

I stayed at Loews Kansas City and it could not have been a better choice. The rooms are clean modern and extremely comfortable. I slept better here than I do at home which says a lot. The service stood out from the start. Everyone I met was kind helpful and made me feel like my stay mattered. Valet was quick the front desk was patient and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The location is perfect for exploring Kansas City. You can walk to restaurants shows and the Power and Light district without worrying about parking or long drives. This hotel feels both polished and welcoming which is not always easy to find. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back the next time I am in town.
