Hotel Kansas City - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

I thought that the hotel was clean, spacious, and staff were friendly. My room had a king bed and plenty of space with two televisions. One was in the bedroom and the other in the front room where there was a pullout sofa bed, sink , microwave and table.||The cleaning service came and cleaned the room and replenished snacks and water that came with my stay. Everyday house cleaning changed the bedding and replenished the snacks.||The hotel room door opens toward the center open space. ||The full breakfast was nice and had omelets cooked to order.

I had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Metcalfe. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and welcoming. Christine and Brent went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel right at home. The Embassy Suites itself was excellent — clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities and overall atmosphere made my trip enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the area, and I especially appreciate the hospitality shown by Christine and Brent. They are a true credit to the Embassy Suites team.

My family and I have stayed at multiple different hotels over the years but this one was by far one of our favorites! The employees are awesome! Everyone was very friendly, polite, helpful, and overall great to my family! Multiple members of the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay special. Anthony was kind, professional, and welcoming making the check in and check out process very pleasant. He made sure that our room was what we wanted/ needed and was efficient, patient and accommodating. Lewis was incredibly sweet to my kiddos and was very friendly every time we saw him. The hospitality demonstrated by the staff was impressive and greatly appreciated. Our room and the facility in general was clean and well cared for/managed. The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety of options. The location, amenities, and incredible staff make this a great place for a family to stay. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend this location for anyone wanting a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable place to stay.
