We first arrived and the experience was not off to a great start. The receptionist didn’t speak to us until we walked up to the counter, charged us, gave us our cards and that was it. Didn’t even offer directions to our room. The elevator button had a piece of paper with an arrow drawn on it and only one elevator worked. The doors opened slowly and the elevator floor was dirty and broken. We got to our room to be greeted with a hot room, a bathroom door that was inches away from touching the fire sprinkler, and a bed that sounded like it was going to fall every time you moved. The TV remote also barely worked. The pool was hot and not very clean and there was mold and gross tape on the door. Wasn’t a bad stay overall but we definitely won’t be returning. Not the advertised Hilton quality you’d expect. Doesn’t help that the only parking is a parking garage that is known for break in’s. If you can stay somewhere else, I would.

Very Odd Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms are fairly updated and appear clean but still feel somewhat dirty. Location is not great- a ton of homeless people constantly walking by and pretty sketchy. They do have their own parking garage which is nice but still kind of an odd setup. Felt itchy at night (hopefully no bed bugs but not positive) and pillows were not very comfortable compared to normal Garden Inns

Lily at check in made a bad day great for me. I'm a truck driver and was delayed and she checked me in at 3am with her positive attitude and helpfulness. Rooms were normal hotel rooms but they were clean. I would stay here again. Thank you Lily

The room carpet is disgusting. But the worst was the mold air conditioner unit that ran non stop and stunk. The shower was moldy and the bed was terrible. I itched all night and got up several times with a light to look for bugs. Didn’ t find them and I even took my own pillows and blankets. Gross. The lobby was full of loud sketchy people and outside was no different. Yuck
