I came here on October 11 @10:30am, I was happy that they had a spot available as this was a last minute reservation and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon. However, when I was seated and showed my inspo pic to the girl who was doing my nails. She repeatedly started saying “Omg omg I’m going to KMS” because apparently the design I wanted was so too difficult. She then proceeds to show the other nail artists and they joke around saying if I had a more “harder” design. I felt bad and I would’ve understood if she had kindly rejected the design and asked me to find another design, but she told me they were first going to see if they had the colours available. When they did have the colour, I double checked with her if she was okay with doing the design but she just sighed then said she can. After the nail was ready to lay out the art, she started panicking again and called for help. At this point, there were two girls working on my nails. The 2nd girl who came to help stayed quiet and looked at the inspo pic with patience and did the gel art carefully. While the first girl who was originally working on my nails, rushed the design and kept saying “this is so hard”, “why did you pick this design 🥲”. I encouraged her to do her best because I truly felt bad, but I did not like her uncertainty from the beginning and had wished she had just told me to pick a new design. The 2nd girl actually did a good job as she was very slow and did not react much (she did my pinky and ring finger on my left hand). The 1st girl had very chunky lines on the other 8 fingers as a product of her annoyance for the design. The price for they had charged me for this length and design was $105. I tipped generously as they were 2 girls working my nails. This was my first impression of this salon, I would’ve given 2 stars at most for the beauty of the salon. However, I don’t believe the length and design was worth $105.

Absolutely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I am very picky about my nails and this girl did such an amazing job of shaping my nails and making sure they’re not too thick and that they are so clean at the cuticle! They also got me in last minute on a Sunday before they were closing. These French tips are perfect and super uniform. so impressive. I never got the name of the girl who did these for me so Hana nails please let me know so I can book with her again she did an amazing job and was so sweet!

Been coming here for a few months now and just want to start off with how sweet and talented everyone is. One set I had unfortunately chipped earlier than usual and when I messaged the salon they were so kind about it. I came in and they took care of everything. They are truly experts of their craft and are lovely people to chat with. Huge shout out to Phoebe, Jasper, Rachel, and everyone else who helped, you guys are stellar!!! Loving my new set!!!!!

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Annie and Julie and they did a phenomenal job! Not only were they so nice, they were very detail oriented and efficient! I will definitely come back in the future!
