I went to Hand & Stone Spa in Saskatoon and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was calming from the moment I walked in, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The massage was fantastic—super relaxing and just what I needed. You can tell they really care about your comfort and well-being. I left feeling refreshed and completely recharged. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quality spa day in the city!

My massages have always been great here. No complaints with my therapist at all, she’s wonderful but I’m a little disappointed with the front desk staff and the whole membership thing after my last appointment. So I’ve had a membership for many years. Last month decided to cancel it. They told me I’d be charged for one last credit and then my membership would be done but I had what I thought was 30 days to use it up (turned out it was 60 days according to the email I received) so I had until the end of November to use up my last credit. I was well within that window. So I get to the front desk at the end of my appointment and she’s telling me my membership is cancelled and that I owe them $30 some dollars. Well no actually I explained that you guys charged me for my last credit and that I was using that up before it expired. So since my last credit was worth the discounted $89.99 they wanted me to pay the full non membership price even though I was using my credit within their 60 day rule. Kind of a scam in my opinion. I’ve been a valued customer for 5 or more years probably and they still try to screw me at the end when I cancel my membership. Can tell you that I won’t be signing up for that again cause getting out of it is extremely difficult. I also want to mention that if you have credits saved up and you want to cancel your membership that all of those credits are now invalid even though you’ve paid for them already. But like I said my therapist has always been amazing here, just don’t like this program their running.

Let me start by with I would 100% give my massage therapist here 5 stars. I love his service. However, I am less than pleased with the company. 9 times out of 10 when I schedule a massage here they call me the DAY BEFORE to reschedule my appointment. What is the point of scheduling an appointment working around my schedule or taking time off or work if they are always going to reschedule it on a person?! It’s extremely frustrating. At my most recent appointment, the amount charged at checkout was incorrect and the gentleman at the front tells me he will refund my card $20. Prints off a receipt for my insurance with the decreased total, but the refund? Nope. Has not happened.

based on reviews and price point of the services here i expected a lot higher quality of care, and was very disappointed. arrived a few minutes early for my massage and when brought to the room the first thing the RMT said was “since i am running behind it’s just going to be a 45 minute service today”. which doesn’t make sense to me, that i arrive on time and my service is cut short because of her failure to manage her time? secondly, i requested specific areas be worked on but was not listened to at all. she spent the majority of the service working on an area i did not request, and spent the last few minutes rushing through only half of the areas i asked her to work on. also, not relaxing at all as it was very loud with people in other rooms and in the halls talking. with every other massage i’ve had i have never experienced such disruption?
