I would like to share a review for Jorge S. I have a 20x20 deck with spindles that needed board replacements, staining, and sealant applied in the 90-degree heat. Jorge took on this meticulous and time-consuming task with passion and enthusiasm. He is the best, and his craftsmanship is top-notch.

Extremely disappointed. They absolutely do not communicate well. It took 2 phone calls and a text to get Mr. Kline to call me back and schedule an appointment for an estimate. Jorge came by on the 5th to discuss my bathroom project. He told me he would get with Mr. Kline and I would have my estimate by Sept. 10. To this day I have not heard a word from them. I sent a text to Mr. Kline and left a voice message on 9/15. He read the text on 9/18, I was asking when I would receive my estimate. He has made no effort to contact me. One star is to much. In addition, Mr. Kline in our first conversation told me he wanted to to my big project first so I would build up trust in them. How can one build trust in a company that does not communicate with potential clients?

The contractor (Winston) was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me in easy to understand terms exactly what was needed for my project. And Ashley provided awesome customer service. She got me scheduled right away and followed up after the job was completed to make sure everything went smooth.

The handyman that I hired exhibited unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor after asking him to fix certain aspects of his work. He left white paint splatter on my car and the garden hose running in my front yard. The finished work did not look good and ceiling repair and access panel installation still looks sloppy. Due to the rude behavior of the handyman, which the office said has anger issues and normally acts that way, I do not invite the company back into my home to make further repairs since they have already made 3 trips to patch ceiling drywall. Each trip, the handyman took fewer precautions regarding damage to the rest of my kitchen. The very last trip, he didn’t use any drop clothes and left mud, dirt and debris/drywall dust on my kitchen floor, counters and appliances. Also, since he decided to install a metal access panel, it could not be painted to match the ceiling, which was part of the original quote. The original work that was agreed upon utilized a plastic access panel. He also arrived without notice (no notification he was on his way) during the final two visits, which were early in the morning. This was only an issue because he arrived earlier than the agreed upon time. Overall, undertaking this project with Handyman Connection was not a pleasant experience.
