Diane BothamleyThe managers of Harbour Freight would make great politicians. They lie and twist things and walk all over normal people. Their delivery driver damaged our drive when his pump truck got stuck. It made a gouge in the resin drive and churned up the tarmac. It was all caught on ring door bell. After sending the footage to Harbour Freight and waiting 3 weeks for a reply after chasing them repeatedly they came back with the reply they believed it was "weather" related. We left the house a few hours earlier to a perfect drive and came home to damage. Still waiting to hear from them how the weather can put a gouge in resin. Absolute joke that they won't just hold their hand up and admit it was their driver considering the video footage which shows it all.

A mix up with my scheduled delivery from the company I purchased from meant my order wasn’t being shipped until Monday which was my sons birthday. As I needed it before then I was willing to drive to collect but they managed to get the shipment to me by 8:30am Saturday morning… I have one very happy little boy thanks to you all x
