Harlow Motors

Harlow motors charged me for diagnostics they hadnt done. Kept my car for a week without finding why it wldnt start. In the end i solved the problem myself. Ignition switch! They also let me drive the car away knowing that they caused the electric wing mirrors to no longer function. Absolutely dreadful place.

Mrs went here to get mot done and passed. But what she didnt like is that when she enquired about a back wash bottle being done and asked for a quote they took it upon them selves to change it with out confirmation first so when we went to collect the car after mot was done we noticed car was in garage which we thought was strange considering we has phone call to say car was ready for collection. When it was time to pay and get keys back they couldn't find them as the man changed the part we did not agree to. Only then when paying for just the mot they charged us an extra £90 for the back wash screen bottle which we didnt agree too. So for that I'm warning customers about this as this is far from acceptable from this company and they didnt acknowledge the mistake they made or was sorry. We didnt need this to pass the mot. So we won't be using this company again even though my Mrs has been going there for 4 year doing mot and the year before spending over £400 to get car through mot. So we are not very happy customers as there are better mechanics and alot cheaper.

Very crazy charging, waiting for cash .. They more damaging vehicle than repairs. I've done replaced tyre, they not replaced valve, driving away and gets flashed .. Not professional ...
