I started Susan’s 8 week beginners course on Saturday this past week and so far it’s been great. She’s a great teacher, the space is great, and it’s a lot of fun. If you have been thinking about getting started with yoga, I suggest signing up for the class. So far it’s all going great and I’m excited to return for the next class.

This quaint little place is a hidden gem! I've taken classes with Susan and Sage, both who have been super accommodating to my practice through pregnancy and with my little one at Mommy & Me. Would highly recommend
