Drove in from Missouri and had a wheel bearing froze up. They got me in quickly and fixed me up. Very clean and professional people and garage. I would highly recommend them.

I have taken my vehicle, as well as my daughter's, to Harold's on multiple occasions. I have consistently found their staff to be knowledgeable, honest, and punctual in their service. On one occasion, when I was preparing to leave, I inadvertently dropped $100 on the ground near their desk. An employee promptly contacted me by phone to inquire if I had lost any money and asked me to confirm the amount. As I had recently withdrawn cash from the bank for an upcoming trip, I was able to determine the exact amount that was missing. I am a loyal customer of Harold's and appreciate their integrity.

I took my car in and was quoted, on paper, $139 to look at the 2 problems that I had and ended up having to pay $208. When I brought it in to get fixed, there was still a high pitch squeal. First, he told me that it was probably the transmission and we could flush it and if that didn't help, then we could change out a part and if that wasn't it we could see if it was something else. After I said that I couldn't keep throwing money at a problem when he didn't even know if it was the transmission, then he said that he thought that it was the alternator and it would be $650. Seriously? That was after he said that all 4 of my tire pressure sensors were out and that it would be $500. I went to Les Schwab and they quoted me $244. I don't know if it is because I am a girl or what, but I won't be back.
