The clinic is very well organized and you can get in pretty quickly, the location is good with plenty of parking. Administrative team is friendly and Dr Leblanc is thoughtful and takes the time to explain, while doing a fantastic job. Today, I’d like to highlight Irena, a one of a kind dental hygienist. She is simply the best! In my 8 years in Moncton (with regular dental appointments at various locations) I’ve never had anyone even remotely as good, she is on a whole other level. I am so happy I found Irena, she is a highly skilled professional with a kind demeanor and she does a fantastic job.

I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the deeply unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the clinic’s chief doctor. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy in how I was treated was truly shocking. Having lived in Canada for many years and visited various clinics, I have never encountered such disregard for a patient’s dignity and well-being. This experience left me feeling not only hurt but humiliated. Unfortunately, the entire team at this clinic appeared disorganized and lacking professionalism. From communication to care, the standards were far below what any patient deserves. I am sharing this review in the hope that it may help others avoid going through the same painful and demeaning experience. Please think twice before choosing this clinic — next time, it could happen to you.

New to Moncton and had a dental emergency! Darlene got me right in that morning. Tanya and Dr Leblanc were amazing. The ladies out front assisting me with insurance and billing couldn’t have been any nicer. What a wonderful experience at every touch point. First class Dental Centre!!
