I had an amazing experience at this beauty salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The team is incredibly professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My nail polisher truly listened to what I wanted and gave me personalized recommendations. When I entered the salon, the first thing I did was show the manager, Gauri, the ombré design I wanted and confirm whether it could be done. She agreed, and I was seated to begin the service. While I was there, Gauri started explaining the various memberships and their perks. However, halfway through the service, the technician told me that the design I wanted could not be done because they only have 7-8 shades in ombré. I ended up having to settle for a solid color instead. Very disappointed with the experience. If you’re looking for basic designs or solid colors, this place might work for you. But if you have special requests, don’t bother—they say they can do it, but in the end, they won’t deliver.

So they called me and asked to delete the review or they can give me any services, but i said i won’t delete it so ya. Worst experience ever, i want there to get my hair colour done, i showed them a reference image and told them that i want in cool tone and i told them cool to e but not ash aur white kind of colour , i asked them to show me the colour no. Which they will use but they didn’t showed it to me and the result were so bad it was looking like i had grey hairs and next day i eent again that this is not the colour i told you to do, so the staff replied that the image you showed us was not cool tone colour image and on tbe day before yesterday they were agreed that it is cool tone and we will give you the same results. I went again to get my colour done so they told now you have to go in browns i was like okay do anything but make my hair ok , they did that brown colour they tested on some hair but again the colour came very bad i had three tone of colour blond,cool, pink and brown They were still trying to convenience me that it is brown only but it wasn’t and after that again i they did the colour and it came a. Bit better a colour that i can step out with i had to get colour on my hair for 3 times Never let your hair colour done by harsha and rakesh i literally wasted my 13k
