Jaffar did an incredible job coloring my hair—better than I could have imagined! He guided me through the process with so much care, suggesting what would suit me best, and the result is absolutely stunning. I absolutely love my hair now, thanks to him! Highly recommend! P.S. special mention for Sam who did my nails. Never visiting any other salon thanks to her.

Decent service but nothing out of the world. Found the pricing very opaque - hair spa at 2000 for men and they qouted 2500 but then i asked why higher then again amount reset to 2000. + Priced higher than similar mid tier luxury salons considering 18% additional gst on catalogue prices. Another example of opaque pricing. Additionally did not allow me to redeem multiple gift vouchers, which were allowed at other toni n guy salons. So disappointed at that part too. Jay provided a great pedicure experience. But wasn't much impressed by the hair spa considering they skipped steam stating hair might get oilier and i was due a haircut. Overall, very average experience have had better at other luxury salons.

It was a last moment appointment but Toni&Guy didn’t disappoint Went there for facial service and Balayage….Divyanka’s hand to be kissed for the magic she did to my face and Jaffer My hair stylist he is just best at what he does!!! Thumbs up to both of them and entire staff too❤️🙌🏻 Thank you for making me look so pretty ☺️☺️☺️

I recently went there to get a haircut. I spoke to receptionist and told her to give the most experienced hair stylist to me since I had grown my hair from two years and wanted a decent haircut. She told me charges will be 2000 or 1500. I agreed. I don't remember the name of this man I met but I explained to him how frizzy my hair is and what happens when you will do a straight cut. I wanted him to give me something but he was not, after discussing at great lengths, he ended up cutting my hair straight and also uneven. He covered it up with a great blow dry which made me happy over there but once washed at home, the hair was in such a bad condition. I regretted immediately... And lost my hair that I grew for two years. And what surprises me that receptionist that he has more 15 years of hair experience. Very bad. The cartoon picture is how I looked.
