FRAUDULENT company. They sent me a ripped dress. Upon recieving it, I checked and within 20 minutes, I emailed them with evidence. It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't responded. I cannot wear that dress and it was for 20,000. Such a trash customer service and they are robbing their clients.

Fazool tareen customer service...First they made a mistake buy not sending all of the pieces with dress and then lied to me they have dispatched it.. When I asked about an update, they started arguing with me that we never said we dispatched it.. I sent them the screenshots and then the egoistic agent replied back with an apology and said again we will dispatch it today or tomorrow..I again messaged them back after 8 days and the response is 'This outfit potli not available'.. Are you freaking kidding me!!!!. You should have told me in the first place we don't have it.. Why bother me for a month!!! I BOUGHT 2 dresses from this Brand and they were amazing but the Customer service representatives are extremely ill Mannered..Please take action!!
