Had a wonderful experience with this company. We were lucky to have Josh and his crew take care of our over seas move and they were amazing! Was quoted 3 days, and it only took 2! Every man that was apart of our experience was fantastic. Not only did they care for our belongings like they were their own, I was also lucky enough to have some awesome conversations with all of them. Wonderful group of guys. I feel very confident that our belongings will make it in one piece. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

These guys are AWESOME! They moved us into our house, and were so careful to take great care of our home. They put layers down on the floor and even wrapped blankets around the doorways to avoid scuff marks. They were friendly and professional, and more than gracious while they hauled my heavy furniture up and down stairs! I cannot recommend them enough!

I worked with the Spokane Crew. I am retiring out of the Military and this was my last delivery after 4 different moves through my career. I am dissatisfied with how things went. First off, I was told by my initial movers, Military TMM, and briefed to check my firearms off first. Not LAST. When I brought this up to the ground crew manager he brushed it off and said "We usually do those last." I personally don't care what he does last. If its my move I am making sure my literally priceless and dangerous weapons are accounted for. When I asked him again I walked into the garage where he was and heard him COMPLAINING about it. One of his workers started talking loudly to me to get his attention so he would stop talking about me. Then during the move process I asked them to unwrap the items as per the move policy. They acted offended and then kept hinting the whole time that they could "Stop Whenever" and we're trying to get off early on Friday. It is not my job to get people out on time or to try and haggle with the Moving crew. Our personal goods were also just dumped in piles. DUMPED. I don't need them to organize but why would they DUMP out my belongings. I'm talking bags of change, clothes, board games with pieces, and even my military challenge coins. They could have left our bags that were not wrapped closed and that would have been fine. The entire closet is now full of loose items. WE DID NOT MOVE LIKE THAT. My wife and I are extremely organized and somehow it looked like we live like hoarders in multiple places I didnt watch them unpack. It has been more trouble than worth. The kitchen was unpacked but that was the room I primarily stayed in where they kept hinting about stopping. Finally our couch was damaged by the move in and the shift lead kept making excuses about paint and tried to play it off that it wasn't possibly them. Then as we walked up to the edge of the house we just moved into you could see where the paint scratches were perfectly level with the window ledge. I am not happy with this move. I will be contacting the PMM and PPM Managers and letting the Military movers also know about my poor experience. This was my last move in the Military and surely my worst. I cannot fathom how you treat your customers if this is how you treat your Military. Pictures attached are just our closet after cleaning it for 30 minutes trying to get to our dogs bed so she could have a good place to sleep. This closet was empty minus a fold in half bed for a camper. I had seen your positive reviews and hope this was just a fluke and the Spokane crew was having an off day.
