We hired Best to Build (B2B) for installation of backsplash tiling for our kitchen renovation. This is the second time they have completed tiling work in our home previously completing our laundry and powder room floors. I received multiple quotes for this work and Best to Build was competitive. I hired them based on their price and previous quality work. The installation of the tile backsplash in our kitchen was completed by Ahmed, one of their teams most experienced skilled craftsman with over 30 years of knowledge. The owner Mostafa gave me a date two months in advance that worked with our overall renovation schedule allowing us to keep the project timelines. The tiling work is absolutely the best quality with so much attention to the small intricate details. I am an architect with over 30 years experience and have worked with skilled trades my entire career. The craftsmanship of Best to Build Construction is at the highest level.

From demolition to esthetic touch-ups, Mustafa and his entire crew were nothing but reliable, transparent, and accountable. We live in a townhouse and we started renovating at the end of February. B2B Designs recently renovated the customer/service side of my shoppe. They retiled the floor and service side wall with beautiful new tile and an impressive paint job was done. It’s been a pain dealing with them.No transparency through out the process. Took almost double the time than the original estimate. Asked for extra money to fix a plumbing issue that they created. I have decided to get it fixed by another company even if it costs me more just not to deal with them anymore. At the beginning, they say so and so will be nice, trust us. If you listen to them at the end, they would say you should have told us in the beginning. Also, be aware they will upsell a lot of things. Also is disrespectful towards women.
