I came here for Physio after getting injured at work. Saravanan was my Physiotherapist and was great at helping me heal. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I have been moved to Millard now but I would definitely recommend here for anyone who needs physio. I would definitely come back if I needed physio again. I’m currently being treated with physio for a stress fracture in my right foot and I have come to this clinic twice for my visits, the first visit was great, no problems at all. The gentleman i saw was very gentle and kind and seemed to actually care. Tonight I had my second appointment and it was with a different man and it was completely different. He did not seem to care one bit and rushed me through all of my exercises even when i told him they were causing me pain. he then had me lay on the table and as he was examining my calf he dug his fingers so deep and harshly into my shin and calf to the point where i’m about 100 percent certain I am going to have bruises when I wake up tomorrow. and when I commented on how rough he was being, he just responded “that’s what happens with the muscles in your leg when you have a stress fracture” like no it’s because he was DIGGING his fingers into my leg. It would have hurt someone without a fracture. He then left me in the room with a muscle relaxer thing on my leg and only came in once to basically throw papers at me that outlined the exercises we “discussed” and then left. he came in at the end for about 5 seconds and then rushed both of us out. I was stood at the front desk asking to never be booked with him again and he literally was out of the clinic before I even was. He was out waiting for the elevator before I had even finished rebooking. I don’t remember his name but it was an older indian gentleman with black hair. Was not the experience I was expecting and was frankly incredibly unprofessional. It was very clear to me that he cared more about getting home early than providing me with proper care. I hope this is discussed with him because that was ridiculous.
