This was my first visit to L'Image. I was a bit nervous since my Cantonese isn't great but Yvonne reassured me that it was fine and she spoke fluent English. Yvonne let me know that she accidentally booked someone for my slot but offered to see me 30mins after. I didn't mind and I appreciated the heads up. I got my eyebrows shaped and Yvonne was very thorough in educating me on my hair growth pattern and where I had missing hairs. She walked me through what her plan was and properly set expectations. She also let me know where to fill in when I do my makeup. I'm pretty happy with my results.

At first, I was a little leery about trying somewhere new. However, when I walked in, the staff at the till greeted me very friendly. She told me there will be a short wait as a customer was finishing up and needed a few minutes to sanitize/clean. The atmosphere in L’image is professional, simple and inviting. The hairdresser Yvonne that assisted with my cut did an amazing job! I am beyond impressed. Luckily, this salon accepts cards since I don’t usually carry cash on me. I recommend this place!
