Upset and disappointed with my experience. Booked a basic service and MOT but was charged extortionate price totalling £339 for a full service which I didn't even ask for. I wouldn't of even booked at that price when I phoned up to enquire. Had to go down again this morning due to a knocking sound on steering, was told by the older gentleman it was there when bought it in but never heard it before, if it was how did it pass service or MOT? Matt had a look at (nice bloke) tightened a bolt, but driving off could still hear it, but no way as bad. But another garage looking into it for me. Tried talking to the older gentleman about what I was charged and explained it wasn't what I asked for but was very rude. Won't be recommending to anyone
