You’re better off not going to the doctor. The doctor who attended me was very unprofessional and rude. She was not inviting and I payed $400 for this visit. She couldn’t give me a conclusive diagnosis. The wait times are also insane. Just don’t waste your hard earned money.
Overall the doctor is good that the lobby is always really full with coughing people and when I went they touch the intake computer with germs on their fingers just makes me a little uneasy.
Made an appointment for 12:00 on a Sunday for sudden hearing loss. Arrived 5-10 minutes early and checked in quickly as I was the only patient present. It is now 13:45 and I am still in the exam room waiting to be visited. I asked the receptionist what the problem was and she said the provider was busy with a 2-3hr wait. Why the extraordinary wait time when there are so few patients? For urgent care, I was expecting a bit more urgency. Edit: Waited until 14:00 before giving up on a lost cause and asking the receptionist to cancel the appointment.
