My first appointment with Sarah was great. I was really nervous going into my very first nutritionist appointment but she was so calm and understanding of my values and how I live my life. She was very thorough as our first appointment was 1.5 long. I never felt rushed. I definitely plan on meeting with her more over the next few weeks
