Horrible. I called with a need for a filling and crown replacement. The first available appointment was a week out. I scheduled with a person on the telephone that did not have English as a first language. She mis-entered my information and consequently as I attempted to confirm my appointment it would not allow me to as my birth date was registered as incorrect. 11 text messages later I was exhaperated. I drove to the appointment DIFFICULT TO FIND NO "Healthlink" signage anywhere. Masks were required so returned to my vehicle to retrieve a mask. Unorganized, inconvenient and unprofessional all come to mind. I was so aggravated by their lack of respect for my time and the unprofessional conduct of the wait room staff I chose to leave. They may be inexpensive but you get what you pay for. For me this is a no. If you cannot provide a respectful consideration for clients you do not get my business.
