I always have a great experience here! Eden, the dental assistant, is so kind and attentive, she really listens to my concerns and makes sure the hygienist and dentist are informed. Kassandra and Cynthia are also fantastic. They’re always checking in and helping out before the procedure starts, which makes me feel well cared for. Adam, the hygienist, is one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many places where cleanings felt rough, but Adam is incredibly gentle and thorough. My teeth always feel amazing when he’s done. Dr. Dai is also wonderful, very professional, kind, and gentle. I drive nearly an hour for my appointments, and it’s absolutely worth it every time!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with both Adam Machara and Dr. Dai. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Adam is hands down one of the best dental hygienists I’ve ever encountered — incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire cleaning. He explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable at all times. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I appreciated the extra tips he gave me to maintain my oral health at home. Dr. Dai is equally impressive — warm, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took the time to walk me through the results of my checkup in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed. He answered all my questions with patience and made thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. It’s clear that both he and Adam are passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of care they provide. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines expertise with kindness and professionalism, look no further. I actually look forward to coming back — and how often can you say that about a dentist visit? Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE service!!! Wish I could give them ZERO stars! Went a couple months back for a scheduled cleaning and when I arrived I was told “sorry your appointment was canceled, you should have gotten a call” I had to reschedule and left. Went back again for a check up and desk staff were SO unprofessional!! On facetime while on work hours, laughing and conversing while I was trying to check in with one of them, overall just so unprofessional! Went back today for my scheduled cleaning and SAME THING! “Sorry your appointment was canceled because the hygienist felt sick you should have gotten a call, I could fit you in in 2 months” NO THANK YOU! Don’t go here! SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SO UNORGANIZED, AND SO INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLES TIME!
