We were referred to this place by a coworker who spoke highly of it — they were helped warmly and kindly. The only difference? They are white and from Greenwood. I, a brown person, living just down the street, walked in with the same need and the same desperation… and was turned away. The woman at the front desk didn’t ask real questions. She sized me up with her eyes. Her mind was made up the moment she saw my face. To be denied help in Jesus’ name is one thing. But to weaponize His name as a mask for discrimination is another. This is not Christianity. This is not love. This is not charity. Jesus stood with the marginalized, the Samaritan, the outcast. If He were here in the flesh, He would flip the tables in this place. I leave this review with a prayer, not of hate, but of conviction: May every person who turns others away based on skin color or assumptions feel the full weight of the pain they cause — and may God open their eyes May they find themselves in need one day, and remember the face they turned away. And may the real Jesus — not the one they use as a stamp of approval — confront them with the truth I write this in sorrow. In anger. And in faith that truth matters, Amen.

I can’t say enough good things about Trinity Free Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. They truly care about every patient who walks through their doors. The check-in process was smooth, and the volunteers and medical staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. My appointment started right on time, and the doctor took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and answer all my questions. They genuinely go above and beyond. DO NOT CAME HERE, Once again im telling you guys, DO NOT! I KNOW TRINITY IS FREE, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE and the SERVICE is really HORRIBLE! You will WASTE your time HERE!! Trust me! If someone from trinity want to DEBATE me, let’s go! I know you guys know my number! I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Can someone inform me if there is another phone number to make an appointment? I am a Trinity patient but I have two weeks calling to make an appointment with the asthma specialist but they never take my call it just rings and I have left voice messages but they never return the call I hope you can help me with this thank you very much.
