I have been coming to this clinic for years now and every time I leave feeling defeated. It came to a point where I stopped making appointments for myself and only for my mother. First of all, they don’t even acknowledge my appointment only my mother’s. As if my needs and concerns are not important. Second, they will either make appointments or cancel appointments without informing me. Today I was reminded why I stopped making appointments here. I went in for my appointment and they told me they called to cancel my appointment, but I didn’t pick up. When I asked them why didn’t they leave a voicemail the receptionist said “I didn’t make the call”. How hard is to leave a voicemail? It was a complete waste of my time. I had to skip my class for this appointment. It seems like they don’t value their patients time. There was one time where they made an appointment without telling me, called me the day of and asked why I didn’t show up as if I was supposed to magically know that I had an appointment. Again how hard is it to call? The only good thing about this clinic is the pharmacist. She was the only one who was able to help me. I only come here to pick up medications and that is the only reason I will continue to come in. I will no longer be coming in as a patient.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this clinic. I went in for a blood pregnancy test due to spotting and was hoping for professional and supportive care. Unfortunately, the receptionist was rude from the beginning, making the visit stressful rather than reassuring. When I first went in, she insisted that I needed to book an appointment with a lady doctor. The next day, I received a call to collect my results, so I went in promptly as I was still concerned about my symptoms. This time, I was seen by a male doctor who provided the report and referred me for an emergency ultrasound. When I came out, the receptionist confronted me, asking why I had come that day, in a dismissive tone. She told me I should have waited for an appointment with the “good doctor” she planned to book for me, rather than coming in to collect my report. She insisted I take my report and go to my family doctor. Her attitude was unprofessional and made an already stressful situation worse. I hope the clinic addresses this issue, as the receptionist’s behaviour was unkind and dismissive to someone seeking medical help.

I had worst experience with dr samina hassan rheumatology. I was seeing her almost for 1 year. I was giving her try always to see if she would do better in next time, but no she was failed as DOCTOR. She does not have proper knowledge and used to tell me to read about medication and all stuff from google. I would say who is in PAIN, do not ever go to se her. She is lack of knowledge. Finally I found best doctor somewhere else now.

Dr.Seema is very good and caring. She gets into the details when we report any health issue and suggest next steps. Front office staff Gunja and Ajit are nice and friendly. They are very helping and assist well. I recommend this Doctor’s office
