Service was abhorrent. I’ve been suffering from debilitating back pain for months and came to get a third opinion because prior treatments have not helped. Doctor took a look at my back and set me up for an ultrasound to see what was going on, but when I went to the front desk not even 2 minutes later she called them to cancel my appointment! According to her I “didn’t need it”, and to get an explanation I needed to book another appointment for 3 weeks later. Unacceptable behaviour. To recommend me an appointment that I seriously need only to take it away almost immediately because I “don’t need it”? I will never do myself the disservice of seeing this doctor again. She does not know how to properly attend to her patients. The receptionists are also clearly novices in how to be good receptionists. When I spoke to them only 2 people seemed to have actual jobs to do, while the other 3 were just sitting chatting and ignoring anyone that comes in. It's hard to get the 2 real receptionists' attention because they're busy chatting. Seems like they're getting paid to do nothing but talk to each other. I will say however that the bedside manner of the physio staff is noteworthy. I felt relaxed and respected.

This place is a joke. Terrible at setting appointments. They will charge you random fees for forms that go UP each time you visit. They will even charge you for forms that need family doctor declaration from the GOVERNMENT OF CANADA. They will of course ALSO charge you to sign up with the clinic. If you decide to leave them....yep you guessed it. They WILL charge you to move to the other doctor's office. The "management" here is just trying to get your money every way possible. Scammers. The other reviews are evidence to stay away from this place.

I'm still waiting! My appointment was at 4:30 pm. I rushed out from work, picked up my kids from school, drove all the way from Guelph just to be on time , reach 5 mins earlier from my appointment. Its 7:48 pm and I'm still waiting for my turn. This is a Pathetic clinic, zero level of understanding arrogant and rude staff especially the lady on reception. I want to give 0 star to this pathetic staff. They don't regard for people's time.

Reception is so unprofessional. I mean all of them collectively. Phones are never answered, you are always on waiting. No one calls back after you select option 3. Appointments are never seen on time in fact even 2 hours later. This clinic surely needs the attention of the medical oversight board. It has the lowest review score and doctors and management seem completely ignorant. If anyone knows the agency to complain to please do.
