I had a great positive experience at Health Quest . The folks knew exactly how to treat my physical situation. They also had a very positive effect on me mentally. I was always greeted with a friendly smile and an understanding of what I needed to recover from my physical problems. I got to know all of the therapist there and became friends with them as time went on. I truly miss going to my sessions at Health Quest and have continued most of the exercises at home on a daily basis. I strongly recommend Health Quest for anyone looking for grade physical therapy, as well as a very positive personal experience.

My experience at the Novi facility could not have been better. I just went to my doctor for my 3 month post-surgery visit and he was stunned how well I was doing. He said definitely in the top 2% of patients for the same amount of time after surgery. I told him if it had been up to me alone I’d have been in the bottom 2%! Nick the owner is great and definitely very knowledgeable. Kevin, Thomas and Brenden could not have been better. They push you but know when to stop. They’re knowledgeable, kind and even make it fun. And the team of young ladies and young men who make sure you’re doing your solo exercises properly are very helpful. And let’s not forget the front desk staff… very kind and welcoming! I’d give this Novi branch a 10 if I could. Thanks for everything!

I had an excellent experience at Health Quest for my frozen shoulder treatment. The therapists are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. They really focus on your individual needs, guiding you through exercises at your own pace and making sure you’re comfortable with each movement. The environment is welcoming and positive, which made each visit feel supportive. I always felt heard, with the therapists being very receptive to how I was feeling during each session. The personalized approach and attention to detail helped me improve steadily. I highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with similar issues. You’ll get great care and the tools you need to get better!

I can’t say enough good things about Health Quest Novi. The Therapists here are top notch professionals and the atmosphere here is very positive. Currently they are helping me recover from Knee Replacement Surgery, both knees, 6 weeks apart. My range of motion has been restored in my left knee and after 2 & 1/2 weeks I feel that my right knee is on track for a full recovery as well. I wasn’t sure where to go for physical therapy prior to choosing this place but I’m certain that I made the right choice. With all of the uncertainty of the outcome of knee surgery and the rehab involved, it was reassuring to find people who really know how to help you recover. If you’re looking for personal attention, I would whole heartedly recommend that you check this place out.
