Bill Bean has been a profoundly inspiring figure, captivating the hearts of all patients with his genuine charm and charismatic personality! Jackson, an outstanding physical therapist, has consistently offered sage advice and encouragement throughout my arduous recovery journey from a fused ankle, skillfully guiding me toward regaining my natural gait through strategic strengthening techniques. Alice, another exceptional physical therapist, has impressed me with her remarkable personality, brightened by an infectious smile, as she patiently taught me relaxation methods and bolstered my motivation. Russell and Garrett have also proven themselves to be fantastic substitutes, offering invaluable encouragement and pushing me to reach new heights. The entire team of physical assistants, including Justin, BILL BEAN’S ASSISTANT WITH LONG BRAID HAIRED BLACK GUY, and Alice's personal assistant, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, have demonstrated remarkable dedication and expertise. The front desk staff, comprised of fabulous secretaries, have consistently displayed unwavering commitment to patient care, never faltering in their hope and compassion. I shall forever treasure these outstanding experiences and eagerly anticipate my return home to my husband in nearly five weeks, wholeheartedly recommending HealthQuest Physical Therapy to anyone in the local area seeking exceptional physical therapists and initiation of treatment - it is truly worth your time!

Office hours are not correct As google maps said they open everyday at 6am I went to review and make sure my formal treatment were as was discussed, I realize they were not open, I came back later and the lady at the front desk said are open at 6am. When I said I was there she said not all days, she said they are opening 7 am on Tuesday, but not accurate either. I was at their door at 7.30 am. Please update hours and availability accordingly. So .. after that clarification. She checked my file and apparently my initial review was not formally documented as was discussed. She asked me to go back for sign my initial discharge, I said I can do that at my next appointment. Other than that, excersices and hand therapy are really good.

Health Quest/Southfield is a stellar physical therapy facility. The entire staff is highly qualified and the facility is clean. Jackson is an expert therapist who provides excellent treatment. He is highly qualified, encouraging, and helps you progress towards your goals. He and the assistants stay with you as you perform each task to ensure you are working out correctly. That does not happen at all facilities. I know I am in good hands based on my progress. I highly recommend this facility for excellent results and improved health!

Health Quest in Southfield understands excellence. Bill Bean (Owner/Director) is outstanding. He is professional, respectful, and competent. His diagnosis and development of the therapy plan is the most thorough and on-point that I have experienced. He is a quick study, listens well, and explains the therapy plan in a way that educates.
