I had a very bad experience with GSM Medical Center. The timing listed was incorrect, and I ended up waiting unnecessarily. Also, the contact number provided was wrong, making it difficult to confirm details. Very disappointing service!

The clinic timings on Google are incorrect. The doctors are scheduled to start at 12:30 pm, but no one informed me. I rushed for my follow-up after receiving the report, expecting treatment as advised by the doctor. However, to my surprise, no doctors were available in the morning. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the male receptionist directed me to Google to file a complaint. Very disappointing service.

I’ve been a regular patient since early month of 2023. This is not a new incident but i had enough of this clinic. I was so nice for more than a year and tried by utmost to be patient with their consistently incompetent service. I came 20 minutes (5:40pm) earlier than my scheduled appointment. I wasn’t informed that there are 2 more patients before me and it would take me until 7:15pm to be accommodated. I could’ve just rescheduled it and not waste 40 minutes of my time waiting for nothing where i know i have to attend another errands after this. I commuted for an hour just to be on time and all i get is delayed service as always. I really cannot stay in this kind of clinic. Its just to disappointing.
