We discovered an old cast iron drain pipe was leaking so we called a few plumbers. Hello Plumbers was awesome! The other company sent two people out to assess the situation and then sent the foreman out the next day. After 2 separate visits we didn't even have a quote (and they were late both times). Hello Plumbers on the other hand called because they were running EARLY. Andrew showed up ready to work with his tools and a length of pipe! He cut out the whole cast iron pipe and replaced it in under an hour and charged 1/3 of what the other company ended up quoting us! We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Andrew at Hello Plumbing!

Had a bath tub blockage and Matthew from Hello Plumber came to the rescue on a very short notice! He was efficient, knowledgeable, came prepared as on a mission to help and was able to get the drain cleaned up! By far the best plumber we have come across so far in Fredericton. He also went ahead and cleaned after the service. Highly recommended.

I needed the shutoff valve for my main water entrance replaced and a set of bathroom taps replaced. I had to contact the city water & sewage to co-ordinate the shutoff and turn on of the water main for my address. Hello Plumber was very easy to contact and schedule and worked well with the city. Price was reasonable. The plumber was friendly and cleaned up completely after the work was done.

When the old lady said we needed to get the plumbing fixed, I knew I couldn’t do it myself. I’m just not equipped for the job, so I stepped aside and let the professional take over. He came in, assessed the situation and told me he could take care of it. And take care of it, he did - I just sat there watching him work his wrench like he owned the place. While part of me was jealous, there is something oddly satisfying about watching a man do what you simply can’t. We’ve never been this thoroughly serviced and by the time they left I’d never seen the old lady happier, just knowing for once the job was done right. If we ever have any more issues with our plumbing, we’ll be sure to give them a call. If you really pay attention, you might even learn a thing or two.
