Replacement of combo shower & tub cartridge (original install 30 + yrs ) Brianna proved the skill set & understanding of the craft with a timely task completed with patience and service oriented approach ! Highly recommend and satisfied with work!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but was very impressed with the service from this company. I called to have someone look at my mom's clogged sink. Mark was very helpful on the phone and the next day, Brianna got her unclogged. My mom said Brianna was fantastic. They will definitely be my first call if we ever need a plumber again.

Horrible experience. Call Hello Plumbers instead! 1) took 3 days to give me a quote 2) quoted me $750 to replace a cracked cast iron pipe with PVC that Hello Plumbers fixed for $250 3) Leachman's called ONE YEAR LATER and said I owed them $109 because they charge for quotes. If I had known they charge for quotes, I would not have gotten one since Hello Plumbers fixed my problem before I even received the quote from Leachmans!! Also why did they wait a year to call me!?! I have no idea. They never mentioned they charge for quotes and it doesn't say so on the website when you click "GET A QUOTE" 4) I never even wanted a "quote" I casually asked "so you think it will be more or less than $1,000?" and they made it into this big quote nonsense. 5) Glad I went with Hello Plumbing! Including the cost of the quote from Leachmans, the job costed me less than half of what they quoted and Hello was clean, quick, friendly and thorough! All in all, Leachman's seemed dishonest, slow and frustrating. Would NOT recommend. I wasn't even going to leave a bad review until I got the ONE YEAR LATER call about owing for the quote.
