Hendricks Property Management managed a property that I rented for the last three years, absolute pleasure having them manage and maintain the property. Very fast response and follow up to any and all questions and requests. Tracy did a fantastic job while I was working with them.

My experience with Hendricks real estate group was horrible. I rented from them in 2022, my application was approved extremely fast. Yet, after moving in the house there was no refrigerator as promised, AC went out for days, the kitchen faucet dripped outside the house with caused flies and a smell!! The receptionist and the Tim I think was his name was very unprofessional. I wanted out of my lease ASAP and I moved in!! They refuse to let me out of the lease. Instead of fixing my repairs in timely manner they tried to evict me, actually took me to court and everything. Code compliance even open a case up on this company. I hope over years they have gotten better. I wouldn’t advise you to rent from them. The advertisement of the home I rented was false. Yes I never went to court or was never late on my rent. But the Hendricks property group they will treat you like trash and lie on advertisements. People I know I tell them run away and don’t rent from them.

I've been here 10 years. Cindy has been great the whole time. Any issues, repairs, etc., Hendricks Property Management has answered. I only hope that rent won't increase😉, which I know that's not in the control of Hendricks Property Management.

I have been with Hendricks Property for several years. Top notch, always available when needed and they treat you like family. On a scale of 1-10, easily a (15) Highly recommended. Randy
