I called very early in the morning, but if that is going to annoy the owner, then she should frankly shut off her system at that time because when she called me back, she was extremely aggravated and asked me why I called her that early. I explained to her my situation and that I was sleeping on the ground and trying to figure out my situation….Lyft $13 for the 15 min all set u and ur mother can pound ..sand not even an ounce of compassion

I could not have been happier with Joanne and Here to There. She was not only professional, but a detail oriented researcher, a comprehensive communicator, and a skilled driver comfortable with both city traffic and country roads. Mine was a tricky transport involving bus connections and a destination address that varied from website to website. Joanne met all the complexities with graciousness, and seeming ease. Oh, and the car itself was impeccably clean. I would recommend her to anyone lucky enough to be in her service area.

Caught a ride with Joanne to Logan Airport from Ayer. She picked me on-time and got me to the airport for my departure as estimated. She provides a private ride service instead of a ride share so she is able to head straight to your destination instead of your being held hostage to the picking up other passengers along the route. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Joanne again on my next trip.
