He was very responsive, respectful, and pleasant to have in our home. He completed the installation without an issue and also worked on several other projects for us that had piled up over time. He is very self aware of what tasks he can and cannot complete and has a roster of specialists that he recommends, all of which have been great as well (plumber, window repair man, carpet guy).
