Hexcel Construction Ltd

I live at Capstan and River Road in Richmond. Hexcel is building the neighboring properties. They have made mess of the neighborhood with added traffic, removing parking spots from use unnecessarily, and last night they were working at night using heavy equipment for earthwork that could obviously have been done in the day. I'm sure I'm not the only person that was kept awake by this all out assault. No warning or notice was given of this work. This is rude guys. Do your earthworks in the day when less people are sleeping. Also when you were pounding in the pilings on the dyke for 11 hours a day, this was rude as well. Start later and give hardworking people a chance to sleep in. Not nice. Your traffic control are nice though, the rest are just ignoramouses and blowhards. Rude, Rude, RUDE!!!

Relatively young company. A little under 40 years under their belt, but they have many experienced guys in it. The atmosphere isn't so bad, and there are a lot of different personalities around.
