I happen to use Hey Taxi quite often. Most of the drivers are decent. Especially Ahmed, Abdelkader and Arnie. They are great. There was a Senior lady that was great as well. However past few months. The drivers I have been experiencing rides with are being weird. One driver didn't even care that we were taking a person to emergency and was making circles, as a result we ended up having a longer and more expensive rides. Lately a couple of drivers tried to give me their numbers to call them directly when I need a ride and asked to pay in cash. Now the last driver calls someone at the end of the ride and that person claimed that me (client) didn't pay via app and that's impossible. What the heck?! When I called Operator then only I could leave when Operator confirmed I paid. Please, do some orientation with your drivers. That Hey taxi app exists. Then tell them to stop asking personal questions and quite persistently.

Was flipped off by a taxi driver. I simply motioned that he was able to turn, no honking no aggression what so ever and he flipped me off. Would never use this taxi service if they can’t even be a decent driver. The photo attached is the cab

Worst Taxi service in Saskatoon. Never again. Operator informed taxi will be in 15 minutes.. Waited 30 minutes to call back. On third call, another operator said no available driver in area. Ended late at work. Had to call Riide Taxi which arrived less than 5 minute. Unreliable and very poor customer service experience!!!!

Took this company from the Saskatoon airport, as they were first in line. I’ll never use them again. The car was dirty and smelled really bad. The driver drove incredibly dangerously, even passing a police car with their emergency lights on without slowing down. And finally offered a $10 discount if I paid cash. Much better experiences out there with other companies. Edit: Thanks for your reply “owner”. I have the video on my phone of the driver going 110 past the police, not sure if you were looking at the right car’s camera. Aside from that, the odour and offering a $10 discount to circumvent taxes sure happened. Please let me know how your camera proved otherwise.
