Grateful for a local gym close to home. We were members of LA Fitness and they suddenly closed. Our membership was transferred to Tinley Park and we stopped going for a year. We decided to go local and saw an annual priced special and we joined. Friendly staff, great members, an indoor walking trail and plenty of group classes to choose from. Swimming classes are ready and waiting for me too!!! 🙌🏽😃🥳🥰

This is a beautiful facility that I have rented annually for my annual birthday fitness party. My rating is because of their unyielding heartless disregard for another human. I decided to join this facility after years of patronizing them as a rental customer, but not long after experienced a huge financial change. I went in and asked to cancel because of this financial setback and asked for a refund for the payment that they had taken out that same day. I was told if I had come before it was taken out they could refund . This is not unreasonable. I explained that the last few days I was dealing with the sudden death of a an otherwise healthy family member, at least in appearance that I was willing to bring documentation to support why I wasn’t able to make it into the office before the payment was drafted. I haven’t been able to utilize the membership since signing up due to a number of recent events, but I wasn’t asking for those months back. I only asked for the ONE payment that they had JUST drafted that took the money that I was about to gas my car up after I got off work that morning. It was while trying to pump the gas and was unable that I noted they had taken the money. Tragedies happen to people and if they can show documentation of such a one time show of mercy should be allowed. I was really surprised by the heartless disregard!

I love all of the amenities. Pool sauna hot tub. Indoor track come in handy on rainy days.
