Went in today, the store looked clean and organized as it always does. All the staff working greeted us and were very welcoming and willing to help. Adora cashed us out and truly went above and beyond for us. She blessed us with her personal initiative which we were so extremely surprised and truly thankful for. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. All the staff looked very happy. All the customers in the store were treated with the upmost respect, kindness and professionalism. This is how customer service should look like. Great experience!

I walked into Lululemon after leaving the James Avery Store next door and the guy that was working there just looked me up and down and walked back to the fitting area. I wasn't greeted by any of the associates. Probably cause I didn't look like there average customer but one thing for sure i will never shop at this location. I was highly disappointed, but it is what it is I guess.

Idk about the other negative reviews, but I've gone here to shop, browse, and pick up my online order. I've never had a bad experience. I've gone also when busy and not but each time, everyone was nice and headlock helpful. And yes I've gone in dressed and looking like an absolute scrub. I do wish they had more inventory but with it being the ONLY lulu in Lbk...I understand. They have the "we made too much" racks out sometimes and the store is clean and cool in the summer heat

I have ordered the wrong size pants 3 times now. That part is all on me. The staff was very helpful and understanding when I went in to return them. Everybody was great throughout the whole process. They used my name a lot and were very personable.
