Writing this on behalf of my mom who hasn't been able to get her prescription renewed. She has coordinated with her doctor at Praxis Health for a couple weeks now and is out of necessary medication. The staff has been unable to get the prescription request sent over to Safeway because they had never sent it to that location before and didn't know how to add them, we opted to have it sent to somewhere that is in their system and it's still taken days as they originally sent the paperwork over unsigned preventing the pharmacy from fulfilling the prescription. If you have the option to go somewhere else, please do. I wouldn't trust them with my life.

After a less than optimal experience with High Lakes Bend, we opted to work with a closer facility in Redmond. Initial Setup: You will receive an email with links to set up your account and detail your health history. I was initially a little disappointed that all the work I'd done previously for the other location did not transfer. Admittance: The front office staff was very friendly and the office was easy to find, park at, and spend time in. Practitioner: The doctor (mine was Quinn R.) had a nurse who walked me through the initial check-in, weigh-ins, and blood pressure checks. She was very friendly and approachable. To my surprise, my new doctor had already reviewed my profile and had questions prepared. She was unassuming and wanted to approach problems collaboratively. I was shocked to find that she remembered my wife's single, first-time visit last month as well as several non-health care related topics of their conversation. Her questions to me were thoughtful and worked to ferret out the details of an issue that I'd been dealing with for most of my life. Follow-up: I sent 3 followup email through their portal, and they were answered (or filled) within a day. Count me pleasantly impressed.

Called and was treated horrible tue women that answered there phone was horrible even hung on me I wouldn't take my deceased dog there !!!!!

I recently needed to see a physician for a worsening respiratory infection and was unable to get in to see my primary care physician for several days. Not only was I able to get into High Lakes Urgent Care in Redmond the same day, but I was able to make an appointment so that I did not have to sit in a waiting room for hours on end. Everyone at the clinic was wonderful, and the care and advice I received from Dr. Percell were top notch. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone needing quick and attentive medical care.
